2015 ROLLER DERBY 101: FRESH MEAT TRAINING PROGRAM
Roller Derby 101 is an 9-11 week (2 practices/week) fresh meat training program that seeks to prepare prospective skaters to make roster for our 2015 season.
Skaters MUST TRYOUT & PASS skill requirements in order to continue to the next phase of the training program (Phase X, Phase I & Phase II).

Location: will not be at our practice space (TBA)
+ Introduction to flat track roller derby
+ Program Introduction and Schedule
+ Practice Requirements (2 practices/week)
+ Introduction to ARD Constitution & Bylaws
1st Practice Session: January 11, 2015
Practice days: Sundays (5-8 p.m.) & Thursdays (7-9 p.m.)
Loaner gear is available on a first come, first serve basis but each ARD member is expected to purchase their own gear. Skaters may only use loaner gear for 12 practices (or 1.5 months of membership – whichever comes first).

Q: How do I register for Roller Derby 101?
A: Register and reserve your spot by adding your info. to the Registration Form on Google Docs (follow the link below). You will receive information and updates once your register.
It is easiest to use a computer to register. You can register using an iPhone or Android if you have a Gmail and the free Sheets app. If you are having trouble, please email us!
